Bob has practiced Pennsylvania real estate law since 1973 — five decades of acquisitions, development, financing, and settlement, residential and commercial alike. His legal career began after service in the U.S. Army and took him through Duquesne University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review; three days after his admission to the Pennsylvania bar, he argued a case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has been comfortable with difficult titles ever since.
A licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent since 1996, Bob has spent three decades underwriting and issuing title insurance alongside his transactional practice — the combination that defines how this company examines a commitment.

John practices real estate, estate planning, and business law across Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties. He graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned his JD and MBA from Duquesne University while working full-time in corporate roles — roughly the energy he brings to a closing calendar. He is a licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent and notary, admitted in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
John lives in Penn Township with his wife and five children, and spends his spare hours coaching youth sports — which is to say, he closes on time because he has somewhere to be.
How we run a settlement company
Every commitment is examined by one of the principals before it goes out, and every exception gets explained in plain English before closing — that's the standard behind our name, which has a story of its own. Settlement funds live in segregated fiduciary accounts with Positive Pay, dual-control wire release, and verified callbacks on every wire instruction. Closings happen on the date we committed to — at our Murrysville office, at your lender’s or realtor’s office, or by appointment, including early evenings.
We are independent by design: a separate settlement company with its own escrow accounts, its own staff, and a compliance posture we'd be glad to show your lender.
